Polkadot Pandemonium

This is my participation in International Dot Day, which is tomorrow.

I started out with a specific color scheme with rules for what would happen when certain colors intersect.  This was totally systematic and awesome....unfortunately, it didn't actually work.
Things got all complicated, so, of course, I just started randomly filling it in however I wanted.
What begins as just a dot could go anywhere.
